NSPM-6800 uses the latest electronic technology to allow advanced digital control. It is one system that can do both STM and AFM and with high precision real time controls. NSPM-6800 uses a unique mode of vibration that overcomes interference as well as reducing damages to samples. This system also allows for samples to be tested in the liquid environment which is beneficial for biological and chemical testing. Due to this flexibility soft samples from the life science field and hard samples from industrial fields can be tested on one machine. |
